Friday, March 10, 2013, at 16:24 hrs, United Communities VFD was alerted for rescue box 9-6 with reported entrapment. Ambulance 90 and 9, Engine 91 and 92 along with Chief 9, Station 1 and Queen Anne’s County EMS responded. EMS 9-1 was first on location, and then Officer 906 arrived and assumed command. Upon arrival they found 2 vehicles involved in a rear end collision with one patient entrapped. Patient was extricated, and both patients were flown to University of MD Shock Trauma by the Maryland State Police.
